I’m Sara and I’m a UX and Product Designer, researcher, and writer based in Pennsylvania.
I believe great user experiences are built at the intersection of accessible design, thoughtful content, and meaningful research. With a holistic, insight-led approach, I design digital products that prioritize empathy, clarity, and usability, grounded not in templates, but in real user needs.

Designing agentic AI experiences that are human-centered, grounded, and transparent.
In my spare time, I work with a platform that trains large language models, where I serve as a prompt engineer. I design evaluation rubrics to assess model outputs across dimensions like factual accuracy, relevance, specificity, clarity, tone alignment, and hallucination detection, standard metrics used in LLM evaluation. My background in User Experience, Linguistics, and Education has deeply informed this work, helping me approach model behavior with a human lens.
I’m especially interested in how product designers can shape agentic AI systems to better serve user intent, with the human behind the model always in focus. It's not just about what the model can say, but how it empowers people, builds trust, and adapts responsibly to real-world contexts.
